Supermarine Spitfire

$15.00

Description

Originally featured in Fly RC magazine, this sport scale park flyer was inspired by Don Srull’s RC take on Earl Stahl’s free flight classic. Sheet fuselage sides and tail surfaces will speed your build, while the wing saves even more time, by borrowing from Tom Hunt’s ribless “Stik” design series. That’s right, you won’t need to hand cut a precise series of ribs to replicate the Spitfire’s iconic elliptical silhouette.
The fixed landing gear is removable, so you can practice your touch and goes, or hand launch for a cleaner look while defending the sky above your local park.
