Custom spar sets for the Electric Kitten short kit are now available.

We are pleased to offer precisely milled spar sets, precut from hand selected, straight grain stock of appropriate stiffness and density. Each spar blank set is sourced from a single sheet of premium balsa to ensure consistent quality. We then use a series of custom fixtures to accurately define the dihedral and tip angles, as we dimension and shape each piece.

The spar set consists of both front and rear spars for each panel, as well as the two spar joiner pieces. We are also including precut square leading edge stock for you, as they are the only pieces in the airframe from 3/16-inch stock. The tapered 1/8 x 1/4 trailing edge pieces round out the kit. Matching center section pieces for the LE and TE help ensure accurate construction.

All pieces are cut to length and “glue-ready” for final assembly with the laser cut ribs and tip plates from our short kit. They are sure to save you significant time and effort during your build, while also increasing the overall accuracy of your wing.
