Blackburn Beverley

$51.00

Description

The Blackburn Beverley was a workhorse load hauler for the post-war RAF. Ivan’s version features a three-piece wing for easier transportation, slotted flaps, and a removable fuselage nose for battery access and travel. Similarly, the tail and main landing gear are also readily removable. Ivan’s prototype weighs just over 10 pounds. It flies with 4 can motors and a 6S 2800mAh LiPo pack. Like all his designs, it constructed primarily of balsa sticks and stringers, with just enough sheeting for the curvy bits. (August 2007).
