Short Sealand 480

$38.00

Description

Ivan’s Short Sealand 480 is a slightly scaled down version of his earlier Sealand 600. It is a lively performer that handles wind and rough water extremely well for a model of its size. The Sealand 480 is 5.5 inches shorter than the Sealand 600, with 135 square inches less wing area. The span is almost the same as the larger Sealand, but the chord is narrower with a higher aspect ratio, more in keeping with the full scale plane. Has flown 32 minutes on an 8-cell 3000mAh NiMH battery (2005).
