Description

Schooner Irene, seen here with her optional gaff-rigged mainsail, is a semi-scale portrayal of a typical small trading schooner from the early 20th century. Gary Webb, noted builder of several full scale sailboats, offers Irene as an easy-building, fantasy-scale sailing vessel for radio control, ideal for first time builders. If you haven’t seen it already, click here for the full description of the Schooner Irene.

Many builders cut up plans to make full size templates when building a model. For customers who prefer to buy two sets of plans at the same time, our normal policy is to provide that second copy for half price, or $20 in this case. Instead, we are offering this “Template Set” for just $15 over the price of the standard plan set, a $5 savings.

The Irene Template Set includes 11 sheets. They include all seven individual sheets that make up the full set of plans, as well as secondary copies of the four full size template sheets. Both Marconi and gaff rigged mainsail configurations are shown on the plans.

Further discounts are available when purchasing more than one Bearospace plan at a time. Use our Contact form for a quote.
