These floats feature a solid foam core with 1/16 plywood bulkheads that can help shape the v-bottom and curved upper profiles with either a hot wire cutter, or sanding block. Each float can support about 10.5 pounds, making them appropriate for 40-60 size models in the 8-12 pound range.
