Description

Ivan crafted this iconic flying boat with traditional stick and stringer construction, as used on his Sealand. the resulting light weight allows flights of 9 minutes on 8 1900mAh nicads or 15 minutes on 9 3000mAh NiMH cells. Modern LiPos will save even more weight, and offer additional duration. Wing uses the efficient Selig 7055 airfoil and NACA leading edge cuff on outboard wing sections. (March 2004)
