An enduring classic, Clukey’s 1929 Velie Monocoupe Model 70 was designed as a durable, “backyard flyer” for those with limited space to fly rubber scale FF models. It has proven itself a capable competition flyer as well, with appropriate attention to weight control. It has also been successfully enlarged for RC conversions, as shown by this 32-inch version.
